At Le Tanneur, we pride ourselves on our fine leather craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and generate your return authorization.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the item in its original protective dust bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account and securely attach it to the outside of your return package, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deposit your package at an authorized collection point or post office and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our workshop.
